The front desk employee was okay, he wasn’t entirely welcoming but wasn’t necessarily rude. The room was clean, the ac didn’t really work that well though. We could hear a family through the vents lol, entire conversations. Wasn’t a huge deal though we didn’t really mind. The pool was very very busy with very rude children. I understand kids wanna have fun but it’s a problem when they’re constantly jumping within 1 foot or less of people. They kept splashing us, literally jumping on us, and it was very loud. Again, I know kids are kids but jeez it was ridiculous how the parents were watching them jump on us along with other people. Kids+us+other people kept getting hit by footballs and a basket ball this man and these kids were throwing across the whole pool. The breakfast was good and coffee was fresh. I went down at 6:30am. Overall not too bad but I wish there were adult only hours at the pool and hot tub. We got to use the hot tub for about 6 minutes and it was really nice. Otherwise it was hogged or the kids were taking it over.

I have been to Pigeon Forge numerous times since 2021. We have always booked through Booking.com. Our previous hotel experiences have been less than desirable. This hotel, although older was neat/clean, quiet, and convenient to everything. The pool and hot tub were open daily 9 am to 11 pm but they were small and almost always crowded with families/children anytime we were at the hotel. My son did not want to swim with so many people and I don't blame him. My only gripe is there was no in room safe to secure anything. Overall, I would say this was the best place we've stayed at so far. When you think about it, the hotel is for sleeping because you'll be out all day and evening enjoying the area!

The location, the river, and the fire-pit by the grill and seating area. It’s sooo peaceful. The breakfast is basic BUT still enjoyable. The biscuits are always fresh, the sausage links were decent and the eggs were okay. They also have cereal as an alternative. I am not too picky so it did not bother me that this was the same breakfast served daily. At least its free!!! We love free99.

The property was lovely and well maintained. It was conveniently located to everything in downtown Pigeon Forge. My daughter loved the indoor pool. I appreciated the free continental breakfast. The room looked small but was actually more spacious than I realized once I saw how much storage space there was for clothes and bags.

Whitney

We stayed there because of its proximity to The Island and it was just as they said "an easy 15 minute walk." We liked the riverview room and enjoyed the riverwalk very much. This place is definetly on the high end of Econo Lodge. It was very well maintaned.
